Dear “BrandiesMom”, or any of the other names you’ve posted under here. If you haven’t noticed you’re talking to yourself. You keep posting and no one is responding. You continue on, with different names, and carry on, as if you are in fact, insane. You are doing your daughter a disservice, here. It would be better for Brandi if you just said “She had unfit parents, we messed up, but knew no better”. I mean you are by every definition mentally disturbed. Both you and Brandi’s father are equally responsible. How narcissistic is it to constantly post your ex-husbands short comings, most of which are flimsy and transparent. If he was able to buy so many houses surely he was doing something right. You need psychiatric help, and fast. Regardless of what Tim did, or didn’t do, Brandi is gone. You married him, you had a kid with him, and you have an equal part in this. I wonder how you could care so much, but not see your adult daughter? When she was 18 at the latest you could have reconciled any ill feelings. Brandi was disturbed, and now it is plain as day why. She inherited it from you. Please get help, and let your daughter rest in peace.

To Abusers like Veronica Forehand Hawbaker, get yourself some help to figure out why you are so threatened by a troubled girl that you can’t see past your own self-centeredness to help a child in trouble. Ask yourself why you too became an abuser?

To both of the above type Abusers ask yourself if you one day you want to be sitting in Tim J. Hawbaker’s and Veronica Forehand Hawbaker’s shoes. Guilty of driving a child to his or her death. A legacy of suicide is a very sad thing to leave to the living that did in fact love the individual. It is a very sad legacy to leave to the individual’s entire family and siblings.

In response to the above: Tim {Timothy} J. {James} Hawbaker {I} D.O.B. 5/1/61, has been attempting for years to destroy his ex-wife’s reputation so his and Veronica’s statements above are nothing new. Pity for him he wasn’t able to do that and that just gets under his sick twisted skin so bad. He never really has gotten over the plain fact that SHE LEFT HIM and initially filed divorce from him in 1995, for his domestic violence of her and both of their children, for his criminal activity, for his drug abuse problem, and for his gambling addiction. When she went to divorce him in 1995 {they married Oct. 24th 1981} he had been in and out of, and fired from 33 different jobs and many businesses that he ran into the ground per court records. The Judge in Washington County was so disgusted after the first four persons testified against him that the Judge immediately stopped the hearing and awarded custody of their minor son to his ex-wife. During this entire time he attempted to stalk and harass her throughout 3 different counties in Nebraska. He ran her over at their home in Blair, NE dragging her 4/10ths a mile with his Ford Explorer. There were 4 911 calls placed by their neighbors, including neighbors who attended the church his ex-wife took their children to. He conned a Washington County Sheriff Officer into giving him back shot guns and rifles in direct violation of protection orders filed against him. Those guns were picked up by Carlton M. Tarver Sr. of the Department of the Treasury, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms Division at his new apartment in Omaha, NE. He even went so far as to show up and violate a protection order against him at her college graduation and then also at her brother’s home in Sarpy County. Tim wasn’t able to destroy her nursing career then, and he won’t do it now. Gets under his sick twisted skin that his ex-Wife is successful. His ex-Wife is a Psychiatric Nurse, and a Trauma and Critical Care Nurse. And damn good at what she does. Her past year reviews are 85% Excellent in evaluation and 15% Good in evaluation. Can’t get much better than that. She’s never had any “mental illness or psychological problems”. In fact when she was in Nursing School she also nearly double majored in Psychology at the same time but completed an Honors Program Course Work, which was a first in her university’s history, for which she received special recognition at her college graduation. She works with the psychologically disturbed and the drug addicted. She had 15 years practice with Tim Hawbaker. He in fact made her an Expert in identifying a pathological liar. That’s why she has worked with Domestic Violence Victims for years. And also is a court watch adovocate in Domestic Violence Cases. That is also why she was asked to do a interview with CBS Channel 4 News in December 2008, about her case, and about her daughter’s suicide / death and what Tim and Veronica did to Brandi Rose. Just how many times did he make his family homeless over the years? Tim better ask himself if he really really wants pictures of the pit double wide mobile home exposed on the internet that he forced his family to live in without running water and heat in the dead of the Nebraska winters. Especially with the fact that he is now a “contractor”, which is such a joke in itself because of all the contractors he himself screwed over in Nebraska. If he continues to attempt to harass his ex-wife, she will have no problem in posting all the pictures in her possession of the hell he put her, Brandi Rose,and their son through. Including if need be the rotting face of HIS daughter, Brandi Rose Hawbaker / Naami Dea, which he and Veronica Forehand Hawbaker left rotting in the Coroner’s Office out in L.A., CA. People should see what this sick son of bitch and his child abusing wife did to this girl. Tim has no problems in posting what he claims are Brandi Rose’s diary entries on the world wide internet. Well maybe people really need to know the truth. Again his attempt to shift blame and responsibility in the fact that both he and Veronica drove Brandi Rose to her death. Just check out the L.A. County Coroner’s report. Tim even goes so far as to blame Veronica in it. One day Tim’s son will see Tim’s hand written note: “Do we get dirty?, Unfit Mother?, How do we remove XXXXX?” that he wrote to his attorney Nile K. Johnson, at their restaurant Petticoat Junction, in Fort Calhoun, NE. Then one day her son will fully understand just exactly what his father has done. One day he will know just exactly what he did to Brandi Rose as well. Their son is now of legal age and one day will be out of Tim’s control and brainwashing. One day he’ll know the truth about Tim J. Hawbaker {I} but until then in direct response of the above statements written by Tim J. Hawbaker {I} and Veronica Forehand Hawbaker. From the Final Divorce Decree 2/1998, WHICH IN FACT WAS NEVER AGREED TO AND SIGNED OFF BY HIS EX-WIFE’S ATTORNEY AS BEING APPROVED AS TO FORM AND CONTENT: that Tim J. Hawbaker “shall obtain a skilled psychological couselor for the children with continuing counceling SO LONG AS NEEDED.” He was to F—–G Cheap and self centered to take a dime out of his greedy pocket to see that either child received the proper mental health care that WAS COURT ORDERED. Brandi Rose’s suicide and death is a direct result of his neglect and Veronica’s email letter to Brandi Rose on 4/12/08. Item #9 “That the real estate of the parties located in Washing County, Nebraska, described as: Tax Lot Fifty-Three {53} in Section Twenty-Nine {29}, Township Eighteen {18} North, Range Twelve {12} East of the 6th P.M., Washington County, Nebraska together with a trailer house located on the premises shall be listed for sale with a real estate broker and sold as soon as possible and the net equity divided between the parties after paying all expenses of sale, existing liens on the properties and any back taxes due on said properties.” Instead what happens is that Tim J. Hawbaker gets a crooked realator to sell the property and trailer home and lets Tim J. Hawbaker rip off $60,000.00 in cash from his ex-wife which he uses to run from Nebraska with. What this decree also doesn’t say is that Tim J. Hawbaker defrauded the bank for this property using his wife’s and his son’s Social Security Numbers. Forget items #6 and #7 Tim J. Hawbaker again was too f—— cheap to pay his court order child support and to provide his kids with basic health and accident insurance. In fact when Brandi Rose totaled her mother’s car at her high school at the time while in Tim’s care, she is taken by ambulance to the hospital and Tim shows up at the E.R. pulls Brandi Rose out of the hospital with a severe head injury no less and multiple cuts because she was T-Boned by a elderly woman in a Cadillac, and provides them with no billing information. He skips the state of NE and the bills for both the hospital and the ambulance go on to collections. Even more so he defrauds Medicaid for Brandi Roses’s hospital bills at another hospital, and doesn’t even pay the doctor who delivered his son into this world either. Item #11 Division of Property. Tim rips of everything from the family home, businesses, and all bank accounts, including everything ever given to his ex-Wife throughout her life and prior to their marriage. Item #14 that Tim J. Hawbaker “shall pay to his ex-Wife alimony in the amount of $216.00 per month for a period of sixty months beginning January 1, 1998.” This “alimony” was for all the student loan money Tim J. Hawbaker stole from his ex-Wife. He didn’t pay a dime of it and in June 1999 skipped the State to leach off of Veronica Forehand Hawbaker using her residence, and address to hide for years. In relation to Tim J. Hawbaker’s psychological evaluation performed as part of the divorce action, what Tim J. Hawbaker doesn’t disclose is the fact that he paid off this particular “expert witness” on his behalf. And still yet she testified in the court hearing that Tim J. Hawbaker per the court record is “so severly narcissistic that it affects his ability to parent, because he doesn’t even recognize that his children have needs”. If Tim J. Hawbaker would like both “expert witnesses” testimonies scanned into the world wide internet that can be done to. Tim J. Hawbaker is “guilty of badmouthing the other parent in front of the children and attempting to alienate the children’s affection from the other parent.” Ms. Hawbaker reported that she has not been permitted to see Brandi since 11/16/96.” Basically the second time Ms. Hawbaker left / fled from Tim J. Hawbaker due to his continued abuse of everyone in the household. He utilize Brandi Rose as a pond in his sick twisted game. RE: the Assessment of Tim Hawbaker “the angriest time…when I served time in jail”.
“Regarding his work history, Mr. Hawbaker reported that he held several part time jobs when he was a child and as a teenager. His first full time salaried position occurred when he was about 18 years old and worked at a pizza shop. He then worked at another pizza shop for about two years. He reported he help organize 18 such restaurants but was “LAID OFF”: At a late date Mr. Hawbaker opened his own restaurant but had to file bankruptcy abouth eight months later. ….He apparently owned a restaurant at Crossroads Mall in 1992 for about 2 years. In 1993, he opened another restaurant but apparently during the Summer of 1997, Mr. Hawbaker notified this office that he had started a new job”. What he does not say is that he gambled away 2 homes in South Carolina, one home in Broken Arrow, OK, and a fourth home in Omaha, NE in 1993 during this time as well. Repeatedly making his family homeless because gambling on football and basketball games,and gambling in Las Vegas, were more important to him and a higher priority instead of his children having a roof over their heads and food on the table. “Regarding illegal drugs, he reported that he experimented with marijuana…” Again what he doesn’t say is that he had a bad trip on PCP. “When asked about any difficulties with the legal authorities, Mr. Hawbaker reported that he has twice been ..jailed…related to harassing my wife..” “He reported that financial issues have been a problem.” Gee, guess why, a gambling addiction creates problems. “His score on the Spouse subscale {85th percentile} suggests that his relationship with the mother of his children is extremely negative.” In relation to the Demographic Questionanaire for Brandi, he did indicate that she has been “tardy” on occasion. What he doesn’t tell the woman is that he was pulling her out of school and forcing Brandi Rose to work at his restaurants and at food shows starting when the child was just 8 years old, violating Child Labor Laws, because he was too cheap to hire and pay staff. “According to the MMPI-2 Manual”…”Individuals {Tim J. Hawbaker} with similar scores may be described as: A LACK OF INSIGHT, A TENDENCY TO DENY OWN FAULTS, AND / OR SIGNIFICANT DEFENSIVENESS. In the alternative, individuals with similar scores may view themselves as self-righteous.” “On the MCMI-3, the validity scores reveal an elevated social desirability scale…Individual with similar scores are often described as either intentionally or subconsciously attempting to make a favorable impression….THE CLINICAL PERSONALITY SCORES SUGGEST POSSIBLE HISTRIONIC, AND NACISSISTIC PERSONALITY FEATURES. Individuals with similar scores may be described as emotional, dramatic, MANIPULATIVE, AND SELF-ABSORDED.” That is a dramatic understatement of Tim J. Hawbaker’s psycological problems. “What annoys me is being arrested.” “I failed as a husband.” Tim J. Hawbaker not only FAILED as a husband, he FAILED as a father, he FAILED TO BE A DECENT HUMAN BEING in leaving his daughter to rot in the coroner’s office. In the end Tim J. Hawbaker’s “expert witness” wrote “The family presents with a high risk of being harmed by Parental Alienation Syndrome.” Spend years telling a child like Brandi Rose that her mother doesn’t love her because your such a sick self centered son of bitch, and you end up with a child who kills herself because you successfully alienated the girl from the only individual in this world that truely loved the child. IT WAS AND HAS BEEN THE ONLY THING TIM J. HAWBAKER EVER HAS DONE SUCCESSFULLY IN HIS LIFE. TO DESTROY HIS CHILDREN’S LIVES. AND HE WAS AT IT BEFORE HIS SON EVEN REACHED THE AGE OF 4. Per Memorandum of Investigation, Office of the Inspector General, Social Security Administration Case #X-XX-XXXXX per Special Agent R. E. Holtz “OIG’s case agent conducted a preliminary investigation concerning the misuse of Social Security Numbers {SSN} assigned to Ms. Hawbaker {XXX-XX-XXXX} and Timothy J. Hawbaker II {XXX-XX-XXXX} {here in after The Hawbakers}. The case agent’s findings revealed that the Hawbakers SSNs were misused by their husband and father {here in after THE VIOLATOR}, respectively.

OIG’s case agent revealed that THE VIOLATOR has used the Hawbakers’ SSNs for various reasons, which included defrauding financial institutions and several government programs. THE VIOLATOR has used the Hawbakers’ SSN to illegally obtain tax credit payments, when in fact, he was not entitled to the payments. Also, THE VIOLATOR has defrauded the Internal Revenue Service on numerous occasions by failing to report cash earnings from his buinesses. In addition, this case agent discovered that false statement were made to the bankruptcy court by THE VIOLATOR.

It is evident that the Hawbakers’ SSNs have been misused by THE VIOLATOR on numerous occasions, so that he may finacially gain. As the result of this investigation, it is evident that THE VIOLATOR has been misusing SSNs not assigned to him, so all three {3} credit bureaus have been notified that THE VIOLATOR is misusing SSNs to gain financially. The IRS has been notified of violations being committed by the VIOLATOR, and there may be a joint OIG/IRS case developed……In summary, THE VIOLATOR has violated Title 42, United States Code, Section {408{a}{7} and Title 18, U.S.C. Section 1001 on numerous occasions. Due to the fact that THE VIOLATOR has ruinied the Hawbakers credit and Reputation, it is strongly urged that the Social Security Administration take the appropriate action to assign a new SSN to both Ms. Hawbaker and Timothy {II} Hawbaker. Signed and dated 5/18/97. Nice legacy to leave your child. A history of destoryed credit because of your own sick GREED. Timothy James Hawbaker II would be wise to tract down this federal agent now that he is of legal age to protect his financial future from his father’s sickness. The crimes Tim J. Hawbaker committed against his wife and his son are classified as a FELONY with “a maximum penalty of 15 years imprisonment, a fine, and forfeiture of any personal property used or intended to be used to commit the crime per the Identity Theft and Assumption Deterrence Act. Gee had anyone locked this sick son of bitch up years ago Brandi Rose would be alive today. In addition Tim J. Hawbaker is guilty of the “dual crimes” of Credit Fraud, Mail Fraud, Financial Institution Fraud, and Social Security Fraud. Per Micheal D. Wellman, First Assistant U. S. Attorney U.S. Department of Justice letter dated 12/21/1998 “I have now been in contact with both the FBI and the Health and Human Service {HHS} investigator about matters concerning Tim J. Hawbaker. The FBI and this office agree that THERE MAY WELL HAVE BEEN VIOLATIONS OF FEDERAL BANKKING LAW COMMITTED BY TIMOTHY HAWBAKER. Again had anyone done anything at all to lock this sick son of bitch up Brandi Rose would be alive today. Per the Omaha World Herald Saturday , September 4, 1999 newspaper listing of Subcontractors defrauded by Tim J. Hawbaker include the following: “The Subcontractors included project designer and construction manager James B. Franksen, as well as Formcraft Corp., Blair Glass Co., Controlled Comfort Engineering, Ancona Brothers Co., Kehm Contractors, Kennedy Studios, Meehan-Radachi, Taylor Plumbing and Wiedeman Electrical Services….Franksen died two months before the case went to trial..in August 1997.” In fact James B. Franksen commit suicide over the screwing he took from Tim J. Hawbaker. Per Washington County Sheriff’s Office letter dated 9/30, 1997 RE: Timothy Hawbaker
Dear Sir: On the above date, Ms. Hawbaker came to our office and was upset at the fact that we had released weapons to her husband, back in January of 1997. She has, what appears to be a valid protectiion order, which was issued in December of 1996. Our concern is that on the bottom on the Order is a paragraph pertaining to the possession of weapons by the Respondent…..” This document was in fact signed by Sgt. Fred J. Carritt, whom was the individual who also gave Tim back his weapons. A citizen’s complaint was filed against Fred J. Carritt, on this date as he had also lied about the guns still being held in evidence on May 27, 1997. A citizen’s complaint was filed against Sgt. Fred J. Carritt for endangering the lives of Ms. Hawbaker and Timothy James Hawbaker II. These citizen’s complaints were turned into Sheriff Terry W. Horner by a third party who had accompanied Ms. Hawbaker to the Sheriff’s Department. In addition the above documents have been distributed about Tim J. Hawbaker throughout the United States as teaching tools in Domestic Violence Cases on how to put women and children at risk and about how corrupt our current legal and justice system is.

April 13th, 2009 marks the 1st Year Anniversary of Brandi Rose Hawbaker’s suicide and death. Read the above and then consider who is responsible for this child taking her life. Were there other factors involved? You Bet! Was the internet harassment she was receiving in part responsiblie? You bet! But again, who was primarily responsible for her taking her life – Tim J. Hawbaker and Veronica Forehand Hawbaker, who kicked this kid out of Veronica’s home after forcing the girl just to pay her rent money to live there putting the kid out on the street when she was just 17 and still in high school. Anyone of you ask yourselves could you make it in this world alone? That’s where Brandi Rose was most of her teen years and throughout her young adult life. She looked for some sense of belonging in the Poker World. And you all just continued the abuse where Tim and Veronica left off. It is any wonder she took her life when she felt and believed she had no one to turn to. Alienate a child to the point she herself doesn’t believe that her own mother could love her and you are guilty of committing murder. Brandi Rose’s blood in on both your hands Tim J. Hawbaker and Veronica Forehand Hawbaker. Brandi Rose’s blood is on everyone of your hands in the Poker World who used, exploited, and abused this girl. Her story will be told.

The Truth about Julie Partch Hawbaker Jury
(Brandi Rose Hawbaker’s biological mother)

The above comments are from Julie Partch Hawbaker Jury, Brandi’s biological mother. As seen in the writings she suffers from a mental illness. She was physically, verbally and emotionally abusive to Brandi when Brandi was a young girl in her teens. The divorce records from her 1st husband include two psychological evaluations on Julie which are quite long. The psychologists summarize their reports with the following assessments:

“Ms. Hawbaker appears to be an extremely angry and obsessive woman who appears paralyzed in a victim role. At times, some of her statements appeared hard to believe and suggest distortion and/or perhaps delusional thinking processes. It is strongly recommended that she seek a psychiatric consultation to see if psychotropic medications may be of benefit. In addition, in the opinion of the undersigned psychologist, Ms. Hawbaker needs ongoing psychological counseling from a skilled therapist……It is obvious that 16 year old Brandi can not possibly live with her mother at this time. Brandi expressed mixed emotions about having contact with her mother. Due to the verbal abuse witnessed by the undersigned psychologist of Brandi by her mother, I strongly recommend that, at least for the foreseeable future, Ms. Hawbaker and Brandi have visits only in either a therapeutic or supervised setting.” – September 19, 1997

“Ms. Hawbaker’s diagnosis appears to me to run more toward an Axis II diagnosis than an Axis I diagnosis. This client appears to have a personality disorder of a mixed type, with symptoms of obsessive/compulsive, narcissistic, histrionic, and borderline personality disorders. I do recommend both individual and family counseling with the children for this client. She needs to work on her own issues, how she affects others in relationships, and she needs to de-focus on her victim stance and her ex-husband in order to get on with her own life. This client needs a licensed and experienced therapist rather than just a lay counselor…..I have diagnosed her on Axis II as a personality disorder, not otherwise specified.” – June 8, 1998

Julie Partch Hawbaker Jury never knew Brandi from the age of 15 and only saw her once when Brandi was 21 years old. Here are excerpts out of Brandi’s diary:

I hurt so much right now. I can’t stop crying. My psychological pain is transforming into physical pain and my stomach is in knots. Everything hurts right now. I just want to curl up and die. It seems like a better idea than to just curl up and cry. Which is what I’m already doing. I feel like smashing everything in sight, yet I can’t even move right now.

God must really hate me. Life must really hate me. I feel as though I have a storm cloud hanging over me, following my every step. Nothing I do is right. You’re probably wondering what set me off on this path of self-pity? My mom left me a couple of messages today. She told me that she would not have contact with me again. I called her back and then she told me that she does not want to because I am dead to her. She said, “What do you want from me?” I told her that I want to be able to have a relationship with my mother. She started yelling at me on the phone and then hung up on me. I don’t understand any of this. We were doing so well. We were enjoying talking to each other. Now I just feel used and hurt. I started looking at things and it seems like nothing has changed. She is crazy. I remember that. I thought maybe I was just imagining things, but I wasn’t. I know what happened when I was a child. I remember everything she did to me and how she hurt me. I should have seen the signs. Every time we’ve talked, all she does is blame other people for things, especially my father. She takes no responsibility for her own actions. I thought she did because she apologized to me, but now I think it was just a lie. She’s not sorry. She’s still very much in denial and she plays the victim in every circumstance. Her perception of truth is fucked up really bad. Maybe it’s because of guilt. I also found out that she doesn’t have to go to therapy as part of her job. She told me that she doesn’t need it because she doesn’t have any problems. I should have seen right through her then, but I didn’t. I kept holding on to some illusion that perhaps I could have a mother. I really wanted that.

I’m emotionally drained. I don’t even know where to begin or if I can tonight because I’m so exhausted. I’m glad I came back to Omaha for my grandma’s funeral, but it’s been one of the hardest couple of days that I’ve had in a long time. Unfortunately, my mother is the same person that she has always been. Maybe I’ll talk more about it tomorrow, but I’m just tired tonight and a little sad. It was good to see my aunts and uncles though. They have always been good to me. And it was extremely good to see my grandfather. Who knows if I’ll have the chance to see him again.

These are the only excerpts that mention her biological mother, Julie Partch Hawbaker Jury. After Julie’s divorce from her 2nd husband, she misappropriately went back to using her first husband’s name. Brandi lived in fear of her biological mother and one time locked herself in her apartment in Las Vegas for two weeks thinking Julie Partch Hawbaker Jury was going to kill her.

May God Rest Brandi’s soul in peace and may her Biological Mother understand the part she played in this innocent girls life and obtain the help she so desperately needs!
