I am providing this update due to recent events that have occurred this past week.

To those who don’t know the truth,

I, BrandiRose’s Mom, learned of my daughter’s death per my older brother, whom is a computer programmer. He found her death on the internet on 4/29/08, and called me in the state I live to inform me. He did not want to tell me this news over the telephone, but instead wanted me to take the weekend off to return to Omaha, NE to be with my father and himself before he broke this news to me. When during our conversation he did break the news to me he cried. He, my older brother, loved my daughter and even coached her in softball when she was a little girl. It is probably one of the hardest things he has ever had to do in his role as my big brother. After confirming in fact with the coroner’s office in LA, CA that indeed my daughter was dead I was totally shocked to learn that my ex-husband, Tim J. Hawbaker {I}, had been informed of her death the early morning of 4/14/08, and just left her body to rot in the coroner’s office. That evening 4/29/08 I confirmed again that her body was still there and in fact that BrandiRoses’s Dad made no arrangements for her remains. I had to work on 4/30/08 knowing this information. On the early morning of May 1, 2008 {Tim J. Hawbaker’s Birthday by the way} I took a flight to LA, CA to identify my daughter’s body. I learned at the coroner’s office that Tim J. Hawbaker {I}, didn’t even bother himself with making a trip to LA, CA for his daughter, but instead via Fax on 4/22/08 took possession of her personal belongings with her in LA, CA, which were shipped to him. I saw my daughter basically for the first time in 13 years at the Douglas Family Mortuary {I was able to spend one day with my daughter at my mother’s funeral in December 2003, in Omaha,NE}. While I deal with death and dying everyday in my role both as a critical care nurse/trauma nurse and equally as a psychiatric nurse, the horror in which I found the state of my daughter’s body will never leave me. She was decomposing because her father left her rot for weeks. Her once beautiful face was swollen, black, purple, red, blue, yellow, and green. Her beautiful auburn hair was falling out. And she had mold growing on her face. I took last pictures of my daughter so that I would never forget what that sick S.O.B. did to my beloved daughter. I prayed over my daughter, I blessed my daughter, I washed her in holy water, I braided her lovely hair and took a lock of it, I held my daughter, and I kissed her good-bye one final time. I spent 4 days in LA, CA and in between going to the police station, I spent aimless hours walking and crying on the beaches there trying to figure out what my daughter loved about LA. I did not feel my daughter’s spirit there. I returned home that Sunday evening. On Tuesday morning I receive a call from Douglas Family Mortuary telling me that they were unable to cremate my daughter because my ex-husband filed a death certificate with incorrect, incomplete, and unknown information on it. The man couldn’t even get the date of his daughter’s birth correct. He told the coroner’s office her date of birth was 3/16/82, when in fact BrandiRose was born on 3/26/82. The Mortuary had to have BrandiRose’s Death Certificate amended before they could cremate her. My daughter was cremated at her wishes on May 7, 2008. BrandiRose had requested to have her ashes scattered in the ocean. I finally received my daughter’s remains and her still incorrect death certificate on last Saturday afternoon. Her death certificate is needing to be amended for a second time. To those who don’t know this, My ex-husband, Tim J. Hawbaker {I}, was court ordered during our divorce proceedings to pay for and provide BrandiRose with Psychiatric Mental Health Care for her first suicide attempt. He was also court ordered to get himself psychiatric care for his personality disorders {x 3}. Instead he spends his money gambling and flying to Chicago to screw a 22 year old named Marie {who he tried to force my son Timmy to call “Mommy” at the time} at the same time he is flying to Nashville, TN to screw his current wife, Veronica Ford Hawbaker. I saw my son for the last time June 23, 1999 and have had no contact whatsoever with him since, because Tim J. Hawbaker {I}, lives under and uses other people’s Social Security Numbers. What Veronica Ford Hawbaker, doesn’t know, {but which her dad in New York does} is that my and my son’s Social Security numbers were changed by the Federal Government in 1997 due to Tim’s defrauding countless individuals, the State of NE, the IRS, Medicaid, the list goes on and on and on. In addition I received notice in 2001 that Tim J. Hawbaker {I}, used my son’s name in connection with a dead man’s Social Security Number. Tim J. Hawbaker {I} was already well engage in identity theft in the 1980’s and 1990’s before it became the big crime of the country. Maybe, just maybe, had any one done anything at all to lock this sick S.O.B. up years ago my duaghter would be alive today. While he, Tim J. Hawbaker {I} was states away, when my daughter took her life, he might as well as had tied the neck tie around her neck himself. {He is good at choking people. I have first hand knowledge and experience with this.} He spent year and year brain washing the child to make her believe that nobody loved her, and made her feel as if she was alone in this world. Any one interested can look up Antisocial Personality Disorder, Severe Narcisstic Personality Disorder, Historonic Personality Disorder, Gambling Addiction, Drug Addiction, Control Freak, Wife Beater, and Child Abuser and get a clear picture of who Tim J. Hawbaker {I} is. To those who don’t know my daughter left a poem, her final words, which, have been shared with her family and those closest to her. In addition my daughter left the song “In My Life” by the Beatles, 1963 Rubber Soul album, as a message of love, to those BrandiRose cared about. You see, my daughter did love, he wasn’t able to choke that out of her, or kill that out of her. BrandiRose loved deeply. And will be deeply missed. For my daughter I give to her the song “And I love her” by the Beatles “Hard Days Night” album. If you really knew my daughter, truely knew her, you would love her too. My love for her, My beautiful daughter, my “Sug” will never die. This past week Thurday I was contacted by BrandiRose’s best friend, Poppy, who spoke to my daughter the morning she died. BrandiRose left her wishes that Poppy receive all her earthly belongings in her storage unit in Las Vegas, NV. Poppy has received nothing to date, because on 4/29/08 when I learned of BrandiRose’s death that evening Tim J. Hawbaker {I} was in Las Vegas, NV with Brandon cleaning out my daughter’s storage unit. Tim J. Hawbaker {I} had conned Brandon into cheating Poppy out of everything. On Monday evening Brandon found the courage in himself to call me after trashing me all over the internet without ever once speaking to me directly or knowing me. He obtained my number from BrandiRose’s neighbors whom I visited with while I was in LA, CA. He apoligized to me directly and for his part in what has transpired recently. He would like to help Poppy receive BrandiRose’s things. Poppy in addition has requested some of BrandiRose’s ashes. Poppy was the sister BrandiRose never got. Currently I have made no decision’s in this area to date. Poppy tells me that she is to be married in Jan. 2009 and that my daughter was to be her maid of honor. Poppy also tells me that BrandiRose took her life over an Email message/letter that Veronica Ford Hawbaker sent her the day before she died. Talk about “Evil Step-Mother”
